Thank you for visiting BFP Self-Checkout! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our general ordering policies. For more information, please check out our FAQs.

 

Multiple Order Policy

 

As we can only fulfill a limited number of orders for each pick-up date and location, shopping on BFP Self-Checkout is limited to once a week.

 

If multiple orders are submitted for the same week under the same name and e-mail address, we will automatically cancel any additional orders; only the first order submitted will be fulfilled. You will be notified by email of these cancellations.

 

If you believe a cancellation to be in error, please contact us at Admin@BFPSelfCheckout.org or 252-261-2756.

 

We appreciate your mindfulness to your fellow shoppers to ensure everyone has a chance to shop on BFP Self-Checkout.

 

Order Rescheduling Policy

 

If you have an account through the BFP Self-Checkout website, please verify all information before submitting your order. You will not be able to modify or edit your order or change your pick-up date or location. If changes are required, please contact the Beach Food Pantry at (252) 261 – 2756.

 

Pick-up date and location CANNOT be changed day-of.

 

Cancellation of Orders-

 

If you are not able to pick up your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel it. As we can only fulfill a limited number of orders for each pick-up date and location, early cancellations allow us to offer that spot to another shopper.

 

If you have an account through the BFP Self-Checkout website, you will be able cancel your order up to three (3) business days before your scheduled appointment. For any cancellations after that time, please email us with your pick-up date and your order number so we can cancel the order.

 

**Before you cancel, please note that you can have someone else pick up the order for you! They will need to know your order number when they arrive at the pick-up location.

 

***If your order is NOT picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, we will automatically cancel your order.***

 

If you do cancel your order, you are welcome to submit a new order at your convenience for a pickup date in the future.
